Here at Ami and May we are proud to offer the best in Canadas magnetic eyelash and eyeliner kits and as such we are committed to our customer’s satisfaction. As we wish to ensure the health and safety of our customers, we are unable to take used items. All of our lash products and accessories are final sale.
However, we do provide a guarantee for defective magnetic products upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, unworn eyelashes item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org Include your name, order number and a photo of the damaged product taken immediately after opening. You will the be provided with a free shipping label you can print, in order to return your product,
Our customer service team will verify the delivery, asses your submission, and once the defect is confirmed you'll be eligible for a refund, credit or replacement of the same item. We are not able to provide any credit until after the verification process is complete.
IMPORTANT: You must inform us of damaged or within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Here at Ami and May we are proud to offer the best in Canadas silk beauty products and as such we are committed to our customer’s satisfaction.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color, that's no problem.
To be eligible, your item must be unused and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Please use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries. The goods must be unused/worn, in the same condition you received them in and they must also be in the original packaging.
We may charge a small freight fee to dispatch your replacement, depending on your location.
