IS USING MAGNETIC EYELINER SAFE FOR MY EYES?
Yes! Our Eyeliner ingredients are found in common makeup and skincare products, The iron oxide which makes the eyeliner work is safe to be used around the eyes. We do not however recommend using our product if you have any pre-existing eye conditions.

We offer numerous styles for that reason. Make sure to read the bio of each style as we do specify whether we recommend it for small or large eyes as well as specific shaped eyes. All our lashes can be trimmed for the best fit. Please watch our tutorial for help on how to do that properly and without damaging the lashes.

HOW DO I MAKE SURE THE LASHES FIT MY EYE SHAPE?
HOW LONG WILL MY EYELINER AND EYELASHES LAST?
Our lashes are reusable 20+ times with proper care and storage. Make sure to clean the magnets carefully after each use by gently pulling eyeliner from the magnets and/ or wiping them with a cotton swab and a small amount of oil free makeup remover. Place lashes back into the lash tray to keep their shape and keep them clean.

Hold the end of the lash at your outer eye and gently peel off. Avoid grabbing from the center of the eye as that part of the strip is smaller and more delicate. To clean your lashes, gently remove any excess adhesive with fingertips and or tweezers. Do not pull on the magnets themselves. To further cleanse the lashes a small amount of alcohol on a swab or lint free applicator can be gently used. Allow the lashes to dry thoroughly before storing IMPORTANT: over use of alcohol and the use of makeup removers, oils and solvents can eventually break down the bond holding the magnets onto the lash band.

HOW DO I REMOVE AND CLEAN MY LASHES?
Yes! We actually recommend it to give a more cohesive look. Always curl your lashes and apply mascara BEFORE applying the magnetic liner and lash strip!

CAN I WEAR MASCARA WITH MY MAGNETIC EYELASHES?
Yes magnetic lashes are the perfect solution for the “in between fill” times when your extensions are looking sparse. Be careful to avoid getting the eyeliner on the extensions themselves if possible.

CAN MAGNETIC LASHES BE WORN AT THE SAME TIME AS EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Ensure that you have clipped the tiny ends on both tips of the lash strip. Any little excess of the strip can be irritating to the lid if not clipped. Trimming them to size will also help with comfort.Ensure the magnets are kept clean, you may have remnants of mascara or liner stick to the tiny magnets on the strip. Also make sure you have applied a thick enough coat as well as a second coat if needed and allow the liner to dry completely before applying the lash strip. If you don’t the liner will stick to the lash strip more than to your eyelid.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY
Unlike regular liquid liner our Mystic pens contain a latex free adhesive. leaving the lid off of the pen for too long will lead to drying. Replace the lid and shake the pen often during use to keep your pen tip moist. If the pen tip is to dry, clean it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol on paper towel

SILK FAQ'S
Silk is a natural fibre, whereas a silk imitator such as ‘polyester satin’ is a petroleum based, synthetic material. Satin takes up to 200 years to biodegrade, it is thinner, it ‘sweats’,and becomes rough and pills overtime, essentially negating the positive benefits of sleeping on a smooth pillowcase. The smooth, charmeuse silk finish of our product is superior in that it’s more ecological, softer and breathes. Satin is a synthetic fabric, otherwise known as polyester. It does have shine and feels soft, but simply does not offer the same benefits on a microscopic level.

Momme is the measurement indicating the weight of the silk. The thicker or heavier the silk, the more it drapes, the softer it feels and the longer it lasts. We have selected 19 Momme as our preferred measurement for our products because of it's lightness, softness and affordability.

Hand wash is the preferred method for all silk garments. Use a PH balanced or "delicates" laundry detergent that specifies for “silk". Regular detergents can cause silk to loose its lustre and softness> Do not use bleach products. Hang to dry. Do not wash with items that have velcro, zippers, studs or other sharp details. Sharp earrings and hair pins worn during sleep may damage your silk
